The cuisine brings together the best ingredients and elements of Northwest-style food and pairs it with French influences and techniques to produce foods that you love in an atmosphere comfortable and informal enough to enjoy a bite out or a leisurely dinner. It's Brasserie Margaux, a little-known secret that is sure to become a favourite the first time you pass through its doors.

Open at 6:30 am daily for breakfast, Margaux offers all your American and European breakfast favourites including pancakes, French toast, eggs Benedict and Seattle-style standards. Lunch is served Monday to Friday until 2:00 pm, and an extended brunch menu is available from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Margaux's dining room is open for dinner between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm daily.

In addition, the Brasserie Margaux Restaurant has just welcomed the arrival of a Prime Rib Tableside Carving Trolley from Brussels, Belgium. Our Execuitve Chef, Michael White, along with his culinary team, offer the freshest, choice ingredients of the season to create a unique dining experience at your table and are the only restaurateurs in downtown Seattle to offer tableside carving.

The Margaux Lounge opens daily at 11:30 am, with a full-service bar and simplified bar menu that includes favourites such as burgers, salads, chowder and appetisers. 'Happy Hour' specials are available between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm with a delicious tapas menu.
